Resurrecting Elegance: A Fire-Ravaged Estate Reborn

After the 2017 wildfire, landscape designer Olga Stritar and Providencia Homes revitalized this 57-acre Santa Rosa estate, transforming the land into a drought-tolerant, firewise, and sustainable garden designed for the Sonoma County climate. Inspired by Mediterranean landscapes, the design integrates limestone terraces, outdoor living areas, a pool and spa, and climate-adapted planting to create a resilient and elegant outdoor environment that restores beauty to the land while supporting long-term sustainability.
