Inspiration + Goal
The property had existing planted vegetables and a children’s playground area, but the rest of the property was left over from the previous owner. The new owners wanted to turn the concrete yard to an awesome outdoor living room for entertaining that all family, including children and grandparents, could enjoy.
The Outcome
We created a modern Mediterranean private winery yard perfect for entertaining. The native and climate-adapted Mediterranean plants include olive trees, grape wines, lavender cotton germander, grevilia, lavender, manzanita, rosemary, and sage.
The hardscape includes a dreamy plunge pool and hot tub, a modern pergola, concrete steppingstones, and gravel.
